I have sent hundreds of messages on different discord plutonium, nobody responds, on the forum these same nobody responds, yet more than 40 people saw my 2 messages on the forum but nothing even a single person and on discord people dodge my message.
Whether in English or in French, I think it's a shame.
All the documents, error, crash redirects me to the forum to solve the problem but the forum doesn't help me. So what do I do? If the only way to fix the crash, error or for help is the forum but nobody answers, I thank you in advance whether in English or French.

Bonsoir, sur BO1 quand je lance en zombies ou en multijoueur je n'est pas les DLC et a chaque fois sa me quite en me disant des les télécharger pouvez vous m'aider s'il vous plait ?

Comment faire pour télécharger les DLC pour les map zombies et multijoueurs parce que a chaque fois sa me dit qu'il faut que je les télécharges pour y jouer mais je sais pas ou.
Et aussi a chaque fois que je veut lancer une game en multijoueurs mon jeu crash, sa devient tous noir et après quelques seconde sa quitte tout.
s'il vous plait j'aimerais prendre du plaisir a y jouer.
