@DanyBoy6905 plutonium is a launcher. it launcher your existing game files to make the game safer to play online and add tons of cool features. Plutonium isn't the game itself nor does it come with the game. You need to tell plutonium where your game files are so it can launch them.
The default location is Program Files(x86)/steam/steamapps/common/Call of Duty - Black Ops
