@SerinityyXD FPS limit doesn't help, vsync fixed it but it's unplayable

When my FPS drops below 125, i have decrease in smoothness like im going from 60 to 40 fps,more input lag and tearing (image artifacts). In every Call of Duty (especially cod4) and Medal of Honor i have this lag with FPS and in other games i don't see it. I remember playing 3 years ago on older PC and i never felt difference between 60 & 125 FPS, but now it is annoying to play with 60-125 FPS

Dss0 my mice can switch only between 500 -1000hz, 125hz i do thorugh another program and 100hz impossible to set, only 31 62 125 250

Dss0 Yes i reduced to 500hz, reintalled windows and same problem, then tried 125 hz

My mouse movement isn't smooth, it twitches randomly when i play, in menu i don't see such problem. Also i have this in iw4x and mw3 but don't have in cod4x and other games, reinstalled videodrivers, Windows 10, 7 many times and tried other versions, mice - Razer Basilisk Essential, synapse doesn't run in background, FPS is 125-200

I have freeze every 20-30 sec, it happens even if i dont move. TeknoMW3 and PlutoBO2, WaW works without lags. I tried to disable fullsсreen optimisation for bootstrapper in Plutonium\bin and didn't helped.

tkdguy i got camo but it just unlocked all guns and modules and i wanna get just simple camo
