Plutonium

Black Ops 2 and MW3 both have Mouse Acceleration on for some reason. I've tried everything from V-Sync to console commands but nothing seems to work. Any ideas on how to turn it off?

I checked BO2 and its there as well

Re-installed Plutonium after a drive wipe, now mouse acceleration is on. Its only for MW3 and no other games and its not settings on my PC. cl_mouseaccel is 0

I can't connect to my friend when he is portforwarding a private match. The ips and ports are correct and my friends can join but I can't. Any solutions?
