Hi there! Every time i finish a match on IW5 MW3, it screen freezes and i have to close plutonium and start it again, but it happens again. Someone knows how to fix this?

screen freezesNothing. I installed today the launcher so i dont have any mods. I play on public servers, and it freezes when i start the next map.
But now, i tried to fix it updating the graphic card and now it no longer freezes.
