DLC NOT RECOGNIZED????

This is mainly for the Steam version of Blops 1. Plutonium recognizes that I have the files of Blops 1 DLC, but on steam it doesnt. It did it for MW3, but not Blops 1. Is there anything I need to do to make the game recognize that I have the DLC files?
