Is there a way to play plutonium without dx11? because my gpu too old and doesnt support dx 11 i got only dx10.1 and dx9

1-) Windows 8.1 2-) All my drivers are updated 3-)i dont have any antivirus and my windows defender+firewall closed

when i wanna play bo2mp and i launched game and said "t6mp launching" and nothing happens

there is no crash report or something

it says "t6mp launching" and launcher gone

but nothing happens

plz help me
