Plutonium

suddenly after being such a little time not acessing my plutonium account and my CoD BO II zombies, it appears now this screen, which i dont know because this nickname was normal in at least 1 year ago!
why this problem so suddenly? is there a way to fix it instead of just changing the username?

strange, I vividly remember that I had put my email on the account, but it's like I said about my fish memory, so I might as well give up on it. I'll try to live with this account and ignore my stress about it ;-;.

So, it's been a while since I stopped playing, and now I want to play again. I forgot my password. I try to reset my password, but I don't receive the email, and I don't know why (I've been checking for almost a month now).
I just created this account just to ask for help about my problem.
The nickname from my account is Digo10rodrigues_
(I know it's a new account that I lost and stuff, but I really get stressed when I end up losing an account that I could use if I didn't have a fishy memory for passwords. But if I can't do it anyway, at least I could ask if could please delete it, because it would be innactive anyway.)
