Where are your game files from? Try verifying integrity of files through Steam, also if you're attempting to join a server running a DLC map, you need the DLCs beforehand.

i have realised it has nothing to do with the script as i took the script out of the files and the private match and also servers wont start on any game mode and i checked event manager and it gives me this error,
