where would i ask? i made my account around a month ago and i'm new to this plutonium thing...

i'll be honest, i was playing a custom match w my friend through hamachi, and we thought it'd be funny if i downloaded speed hacks or something and it was fine through the night, but i woke up today wanting to play real matches without hacks and i was banned, is there any way to get unbanned or send some sort of appeal?
