Plutonium

ive never had this issue before. ive tried finding solutions but all there is around is dudes from 2012 talking about WaW modding and the solutions arent available on Bo1 multiplayer. Everytime i try to launch bo1 multiplayer it crashes and gives the pop up saying 16 mb needed to load images. It does this if i launch it through steam or plutonium. ive uninstalled it through steam and reinstalled and and uninstalled and reinstalled plutonium

@nv_yolo yeah idk what to do either. ive uninstalled, reinstalled, verify on steam, ive found 0 answers online only thing out there is stuff from 2012 about WaW but they talk about specular map and fixing graphics but you cant even do that if you tried.
