Plutonium

hi guys, i have a weird problem so i play ps5 controller and use ds4 windows ive followed all the steps all buttons work but my sprint stick i need to press so hard it hurts to just run slightly and once i stop sprinting i can no longer sprint again only 2 steps then nothing. had a look everywhere cand find a fix any help would be appreciated
