Read Plutonium's recent announcements on Twitter or Discord. Plutonium no longer encourages using pirated versions of the games and you should purchase the game if you would like to play using Plutonium.

simpathyy It's honestly hard to say whether he is cheating or not. I don't see him aiming in and his gun move towards the player like an aimbot would and he could have been using the UAV to know where people are behind walls and just shooting hoping he would hit someone.

Kind of sus he hit 2 in a row when they were behind a wall but like I said, he did have a UAV and it didn't look like an aimbot.

Yes I agree, it's annoying that they never announced anything regarding sharing pirated versions but due to their recent announcements, I think its common sense.

Plutonium no longer encourages using pirated games hence their recent announcements. Unless the other guy was talking about using a pirated version of the game, there was no reason to warn him.

Jraaved You can, but you will need to buy the game soon anyways when Plutonium adds ownership verification of the game before allowing you to play. May as well buy the game now unless you are waiting for a sale.
Buy the game and stop giving Activision reasons to shut Plutonium down lol

ecnop I agree, I remember buying the game in stores for cheaper than it is now lol.
I would recommend buying the game while it's on sale for ~$20.
You could also buy a steam account for a few bucks with the game and then share the library with your account but it's always nice to have the games in your own library.

Cracked versions of COD is no longer encouraged for Plutonium and very soon there will be an update that verifies that you own the game before allowing you to play.
BO2 is a great game and worth buying unlike some of the newer COD games. Support the developers by purchasing it on steam

Bubbles Of course but we can only benefit from trying. Obviously Plutonium would have to take down the source code if they did get a cease and desist but by then, people most likely would have downloaded it.

My point is that others will be able to use the source code to easily create a new client without having to recode it. There will be a point where Activision will stop sending cease and desists and when that happens, there will be a stable ready to go client to come online.
