@roidadidou25 hmmm, it might be because when you download the files, some random numbers appear in front of the regular name. Try removing those numbers

So far what ive found in (in 15 minutes) Substance Painter and substance Designer are the best in this way (i would download them cracked if i needed them i cant use stuff like paypal at all) for free way you could use Blender or ArmorPaint (choose one) with GIMP
