Ethem010 '' the application could not be started properly''

This is what it says, it is in Turkish but it keeps saying "Bootstrapper-win32.exe error'' i tried everything to fix it but nope nothing helped. i downloaded this game 3 times with the hope that it maybe could work but nothing helped.

i have a problem with this bootstrapper-win32.exe when i try to launch the game it gives an error : Bootstrapper-win32.exe , the game cant be started. Can anyone help me with it please?
