realised what my issue was now. for some reason my game was put into full screen, changed it back and now I'm getting good fps again, thank you for the responses though.

For some reason every server I go into my FPS wont go higher than 144.
i have turned off vsync and com_maxfps is set to 250
Specs-
5800x3D
7900XT Red Devil
32gb 3600MHz cl14 Ram

Also never had this issue on my 1080

my classes and killstreaks dont change in game when i change them in the menus they just revert back to what i had them set to earlier today, I haven't unlocked all either. also cg_fovscale goes back to 1 after every game
