Game not saving keeps reverting me back to level 11 when I launch Black Ops 2this same bullcrap is happening to me, i equipped a calling card and made an emblem ... didnt save but when i re-opened the game it was there?, for some reason emblems just dont save at all so you cant swap between them or wtv, also my level hasnt saved considering im still lv 1
