The r_customMode command responsible for allowing the use of custom resolutions in black ops 2 is not working and does nothing. Please check this issue. I can't set my resolution without this command.
It's like there's some mechanism in the game right now that's blocking the command from working.

Is there any way to force a custom resolution in "EXCLUSIVE FULL SCREEN" below 800x600?
640x400 in my case.
OBS: I use a CRT monitor that reaches 162HZ at 640x400 and any game that I can put in full screen exclusive in that resolution is amazing.

I think he is referring to how to set the custom resolution to "EXCLUSIVE FULL SCREEN" and not to "window mode", as full screen exclusive does not have input lag and interference from the windows window manager".
