Have you ever thought the original diamond camo's accent looked like garbage? So did I so I replaced it with a slightly modified version of the original gold and upscaled the crap outta it so it looks pretty epic imo but you be the judge. I also went ahead and did the same with classic gold but still with slightly more saturation and vibrance.

You have to take in account that most of these players have been playing cod on pc since well before plutonium existed and since they are mouse players they have a level of accuracy and speed that is impossible to replicate on controller.

You might be experiencing signs of hardware failure if repairing the game didn't help. Try to use DisplayDriverUninstaller IN SAFE MODE and do a full uninstall of your gpu drivers then install the latest ones. If problems still persist try moving the game to another drive on your computer since your drive could be failing. It's also possible that data is getting corrupted by your motherboard when it's transfering data from the drive to the cpu package or from ram. This is however unlikely as your drive is more likely to cause this form of problem.
