I had the exact same bug but I created a simple fix.
I know I'm very late with this but I hope you still find this usefull if the bug occurs again!
@Gabstaspike go to %localappdata%\Plutonium\storage\t6, if there is no scripts folder then create it
Inside that folder go to (or create) the zm folder
Place the GSC file in there
