i need some help, i try to launch WAW the bootstrapper opens and then it crashes and doesnt work. it usually displays an error message and says something about a crash dump what should i do?

i just need help the game wont boot when i load it up.so i downloaded t4 and it just won't work. whenever i try to boot the game i just outright doesn't work. all it does is open the bootstrapper like its booting up then closes can anyone help me? (ive done everything correctly) pluonium is just having a bit of a giggle today
