I was casually playing TDM when I got a message something along the lines of "You have been disconnected from the Black Ops 2 servers."
When I got this message I decided to restart the game and connect again, only for me to get this message after waiting about 5 minutes:

Are the servers down? Did I just randomly get banned? So confused rn lol
Restarting the game again and trying a 2nd time pops up with the same message btw

Originally you would just press escape and it would reopen the server list, but it doesn't work that way now and I'd have to relaunch the game.
