Plutonium

Hello, tldr i like playing with antimicrox acceleration curve because original "simple" curve is not satisfying. Usually games such as bo2 or iw5x let u disable controller input completely via menu, bo1 on other hand seem to be codded "specially" and even with offing the controller in the controls menu it still somehow registers the input from it and it automatically shuts down mkb and mkb emulated inputs from antimicrox due to single input feature that plutonium has.
So is there a pluto / bo1 way to completely disable recognition of xinput on hardware level without me disabling the xinput windows wise ? Thanks.
