You have to either port key(which is a huge pain in the ass), buy a server(which isn't too expensive), or join an already running server but you'll most likely be joining during a random round and playing with a random person.

Hello, I am having this strange problem where I will get 10-20 fps in matches. I normally get 250+ on max settings in Plutonium Bo2. I have monitored my GPU/CPU temps and usage and can confidently say that there appears to be no throttling issue. When the problem occurs which is probably around 3/10 times I play the game, my GPU usage will decrease to 10% or less. Even with lowered graphics settings, I will have the same issue. I have never had any similar issues in any other game I have played. It is very frustrating, I have already attempted everything on the Low FPS support page, but to no avail. If anyone has any idea how to fix this problem, which I am guessing is a software issue then please let me know. Thanks.
