Plutonium

i was trying to download Piry and it keeps saying fail download on all files. I followed all steps correctly and the game wont run when download finished

I downloaded Bo2 for the first time today and when the download was complete I then tried to launch the game when the "oops! Plutonium ran into a problem " error came up. I don't know what to do so please help.
