also not sure where all of the guns iwi/dds files are

i understand that much, but if i wanted to customize a skin and have it be playable, how exactly would i go about customizing one?

im looking for a way to create my own custom camos and textures. i have mod tools and figured out how to extract an iwi file into a png but converting it back into an iwi seems impossible. if there are any leads or tutorials out there please let me know!
