When selecting your directory in game settings of the launcher? Yeah that's normal, it's in "folder view" so you won't see any .txts, .dlls, .exes or any file for that matter in there (just folders). Just select pluto_t6_full_game and you should be good to go.

Ahvoid well where did you put the textures? If you put them into an iwd then deleting that iwd and verifying game files via steam should get rid of it. Otherwise delete %localappdata%/Plutonium/iw5/storage.
