I disabled all anti virus and everything and still crashing.

just windows defender and Nortan. trying to figure out if thats the issue, and I do have hells vengance v4 mod menu but ive tried it on a fresh install with no mods and still crash

if its the .dmp file it wont let me upload because its to big

random crash on zombies after playing for like 15 minutes. Please help
