When i open my game the menu runs smooth and when i get in game it lags sometimes it runs smooth but usually it laggs for some reason

my specs are intel core 15-10200H
system model dell g15 5510

geforce 10 gtx 1650

intel r uhd graphics
P.S im on a gaming laptop
8gb ram

Dss0 ive done that multiple times

And How do i repair it?

in black ops 2 I deselected subfolder and still dose not work is there any way you can help?
