First is it in .rar or .zip? if so you must extract them to be in .iwi or .iwd extinction
if its .iwd and it didn't work in images folder then go back one folder and paste the .iwd file there these should help
if you cant see the extension then in your file explorer look above its window and press view tab
There will be an unchecked box saying show extinction something like that
Turn it on then it will show up
