Plutonium

Hello, so every time I try to start Town it starts some bugged version of Tranzit but there are death barriers everywhere. I tried to repair my game files but it doesn't change anything. I'm not playing on a server or anything. just solo play. And on other maps, the buildables will lag out and or disappear completely. Also, I can't enter Afterlife on Mob of the Dead.
I'd appreciate any kind of help, thank you very much.
