Plutonium

When ever I go to the intro it always glitches and like repeates a sound playing in it. This also happens when loading into a game... It starts glitching like it's a buffering youtube video or like I have bad wifi. My wifi is good of course but after it's done glitching it runs butter smooth. I also tried shader warming but whenever I use shader warming in online it loads in them says I'm loosing connection and kicks me from game. PLEASE HELP this is my favorite game with my favorite zombies.

So basically its the same thing that's happening to him that's happening to me also. It happens when I load the game when it plays the intro it like glitches and plays a sound and repeats. When I also join a game it does the same thing but after it's done glitching it runs butter smooth. How can I fix this?
