GTR3127 Now Don't tell me that this is the wrong for asking as most the people here have legit COD BO2 copies from steam. I know. But I didn't have that cash but I had that much Internet so I got myself a repack. Please try to give some solutions to this freaking problem

I know everyone here is for playing MP version of COD BO2,but i am suffering to launch even the singleplayer!.I just downloaded piracy and installed it (no Zmp, mp. only sp) and I opened the game and my monitor screen resolution went from 1366x768 to below 320x480. The Screen is black for the whole time. The Intro Sound plays then no menu is appearing, nothing. The game just stops responding. I have all Visual C++ updated packages. Even my DirectX is updated. My pc specs :
Intel i3-5005U @2.00Ghz
8 GB RAM
Intel HD Graphics 5500 (4 GB Shared GPU memory)
Windows 10 Pro
1366x768 Monitor
240 KLEVV Neo+ SSD & 1 TB HDD
