Plutonium

hello everyone. after a long time i wanted to play waw on plutonium again. i went to the steam, downloaded waw from my library and opened the game but all of my progress dissappeared as i was expecting. i tried to open command to unlock all because i wanted to play multiplayer but i couldnt open console yet there is no game option says enable console (if i launch from steam version it appears but if i launch on plutonium that setting dissappears) if i open from plutonium. no matter what i do i couldnt open the console, not in the main menu, not in the match, nor zombies. tried both client story and multi but unfourtunately none of them are worked. now i cant open console and there is no settings for it.
