You could manually create it, then add that to your whitelist.

Stuck on bound to socket / Hanging on console
This is caused by some software running on your machine clashing with Pluto. SONAR RADAR, SONAR STUDIO, NAHIMIC and GAMERSFIRST IV are some of the programs that cause issue, uninstall them if you have them.

Again that's an error that occurs when your internet is crapping out. I got that yesterday as I was maxing out my bandwidth with multiple torrents.

I just suggested it to confirm something which it did. The issue is with your internet connection specifically your ISP. Please try restarting your router and if this does not work you may have to wait some time for it to fix itself (Your ISP will likely fix the issue)

Cross188 Ok try this for me. Go to %localappdata% and delete the Plutonium folder. Then re-launch the launcher and see if that fixes the issue.

Sounds like most likely broken game files, re-run piry.exe and keep an eye on the console output. Another issue could be your PC not meeting the minimum requirements to run the game.

I see, had you previously logged in sucessfully? As I know this screen appears when you open the launcher for a split second then logs in

Why is the game on your Desktop? This is not a good place to have program files. I suggest C://Games

Also once you have moved the game folder I suggest re-running piry.exe and watching the console output, it may be getting an error.

I will say this is not a widespread issue as I get good ping to servers in my country with no spikes. Have you tested multiple servers as the issue could be with server you are playing on?

This error is usually caused by your antivirus. Please whitelist the Plutonium folder that is in local app data with your antivirus software. A reboot may be required to remove the permissions lock on that file.
