Plutonium

I can shoot, scroll and use all of my mouse buttons, but I can't look around and my mouse does't show up on any of the BO2 menus. My mouse doesn't even stay on my main monitor. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, deleted app data, tried all resolutions, border types, reset controls. I don't know what to do.

My mouse registers in game, but I can't look around. When I try to look around, my mouse just goes to my other monitor, even while in full-screen.
