the problem was that I have my msi after burner opened and when I closed it ; it started working but there is a way to use the msi After burner or not ?

cant start the Game (multiplayer & zombies )When I tried to start the game from client everything was alright till black screen came and the this error appeared
I found that location and found 2 files one with DMP format(and it was 500 mb so I couldnt upload it) and another with text and a text includes this :
Exception Code: 0xC0000005
Exception Address: 0xFB8A340C
also both multi and zombies cant start and this error is from multiplayer .
