Plutonium

Hey there,
I've had CoD MW3's removed version ( complete with all dlcs) for a while and I wanna know if this version would work with the plutonium IW5 launcher as my net package here in egypt wont really support another dowload for the whole game until like next month and I really wanted to play multiplayer !
Can someone confirm or deny that this version works ? Thanks ️
