command for changing ur fov is (do this in the console with the button § also we put Default before it to make it permament) :
cg_fov_Default = is ur main fov (so if u change it to 120, so cg_fov_Defualt 120)

cg_fovScale_Default = is your fov multipler aka ur aim down site fov, so lets say you put ur fov scale to 1.4 your going to have more fov when aiming down sight. So the command would be cg_fovScale_Default 1.4
