@NLE-SD does it crash with an error message or does it minimize? If it just minimizes you should still be able to access the bootstrapper cmd window that opens along with the game. Try typing
vid_restartinto that window and hit enter.
You can also try running the launcher as admin and setting the game to windowed mode via your config file, open %localappdata%Plutonium\storage\t4\players\plutonium_mp.cfg with a text editor and look for "r_fullscreen" then set it to 0 and save the file.
