I actually found a thread on a post here with the same issue and I was able to resolve it. Thank you for your fast reply though!

I've downloaded the game multiple times, already have BO2 running fine and just repeated the process to download WAW but I continue to run into this error: "Unable to load import 'D3DXCompileShader' from module 'd3dx9_37.dll'. Help would be very appreciated!
