Try reinstalling pluto, adding to antivirus exclusions, and running it in admin

Either you are launching with a broken game or the wrong files. If you downloaded "pluto_t5_full_game" and are sure its the right game follow the repair guide. https://plutonium.pw/docs/repair/ . If you installed the wrong one go back to the install guide and install the right game.
