I was able to get my game to load from the same socket error. I downloaded a vpn and turned it on when I went to launch the game and it worked. So it was a problem with my internet. Once I was loaded into the game I was able to turn my vpn off and use my internet with no problems. I'd assume it was a problem with my internet

I was able to find a solution to the problem of the Socket Error, seems to be a problem with my wifi so I downloaded a vpn and turned it on when I launched the game and it was actually able to load up to the servers screen. From there I turned the vpn off and was able to play on my normal connection with no problems. Just have to use the vpn whenever I launch the game -

I was able to get the command prompts to open while the game was launched and I could see that it kept giving me Socket error: connect, 10060. So I think that is the problem. That is the same problem I am running into with MW3 when I try to launch it -

I downloaded the file and put it into the folder, with the mode set to 1920x1080 and fullscreen set to 2. It launched in 1920x1080, but I am still having the problem of it not getting past the black screen with the loading cursor -

There is no folder called "players" in my game folder. Also, launching as an administrator doesn't fix it

Plutonium BO2 Black ScreenWhen I click play to launch the game, loads a black screen and the cursor is a loading circle. It changes the resolution of my screen, but I am not able to open the console to type any commands and it doesn't play audio. My drivers are up to date and I have uninstalled and redownloaded the game and it hasn't changed. I don't own the game through steam but I used torrent to get the game. Any ideas on how to fix the issue?
