Go to console and write: input_viewsensitivity x
Replace x with a number between 1 and 5 (also allows rationals: 1.5, 2.75, 3.4 etc)
Mind you the controller support for this game is awful, even with the command above you'll struggle to aim and the game doesn't have aim assist, I think you're better off playing this one with M/KB.
