Plutonium

Ok so a year or so ago when i installed plutonium it had auto port Fowarded without me doing anything and one day i touched something in my router settings and it removed the thing for port fowarding for plutonium... does anybody know how to fix it? I live in argentina and im using Sagemcom F@ST 3890. I want to play some friends and its a pain teaching them what to configure or do and its faster for me to do it. I know i can use Hamachi But alot of my friends dont want to install it... Does anybody know how to make it auto port foward automatically for me or is there a way i could do it?. BTW My router bugged or something and i cant port foward
