Plutonium

I have the same problem: nothing happens after I click plutonium.exe and give adm permission.
Trying to fix I already disabled the antivirus and windows defender. I also installed redist and DirectX but it didn't work.
(Windows 8.1 - 64 bits) (Followed the site steps in 11/05/2020)
