Hadi77KSA so i did the first one where i put the iwi folder into images and still the same thing? im really sorry but im just having a hard time with this

i have dowloaded a mod and have in a folder and the game has recognized it and i can load it however it does not work help please

so i have this downloaded and put into a mods folder in the T5 folder for plutonium, i boot up BO1 and i click on the mod pack and load up Kino and the camos dont show? m14 dosent have one and nothing looks like how it should from the pictures could i get some help?
