Plutonium

ive been playing for a couple of weeks so im not familiar with plutonium, has this happened before?

I was playing in a server and we all got lag, any other lobby was empty and the one who apparently had more players were actually bots, it looks like its a general issue but no one made a post so i wanted to check what could possibly happened
