It was working until 3 days ago for practically everyone on steam deck, the last time there was a ban people said the exact same thing as you and it was lifted for most users (other than those actually cheating I'm assuming), I have my doubts that it will be lifted again but there is always a chance

I am receiving the following error when launching any game such as BO2 through the Plutonium client, I have checked after asking on Discord and my launcher is up to date and I have had no similar issues before:
"Could not authenticate to Plutonium: the service you're using is banned." (Screenshot below)
Any help to get back up and running would be much appreciated and I would be happy to donate if it helps, I only really play zombies on BO2 and BO1.

I received a 307 day ban today after playing on Steam Deck with no issues since May 10th, I have only played zombies the last few days and haven't played multiplayer in a few days so I don't know why this happened now.
To any admins/staff reading this I would really appreciate it if I could be unbanned and get back to playing, thank you
