Plutonium

Can a black ops 4 plutonium be made? It's missing dedicated servers and mod support, although code can be messed around with to change up game we are still missing many things, and before you tell me to buy it, i already have bought it. I played it when it first came out and loved out but especially on pc its completely dead, if it was made on plutonium with dedicated servers im sure it would have players, especially with the blackout gamemode, we could get servers going again
